My story mirrors that of many others who have taken their own health challenges and transformed them into a way to help others facing similar struggles.

At 43, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation and ulcers in the large intestine (colon). While the prescribed medications offered temporary relief, I found myself constantly needing higher doses to manage the growing inflammation. Determined to find a more lasting solution, I embarked on my own research to address the root cause of my condition.
